Fees

Fees are shown in UK pounds sterling (£). The fee quoted includes UK tax (VAT) which is payable by all delegates. The fee exclusive of tax is shown in brackets. A tax invoice will be provided for each registration.

Early Booking Fee

Applicants returning their registration forms before Monday 2 May can claim the Early Booking reduced fee. Applications postmarked after 2 May will be charged the standard rate of fees.

Cancellations

Cancellations MUST be in writing. A cancellation fee of £50 will be applied to all cancellations. All refunds will be made following the Conference. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS POSTMARKED AFTER FRIDAY 9 MAY 1997. Substitutions will be accepted.

Monday, half-day

• tutorial notes
• coffee or tea
• reception and admittance to "The Maiden and the Mandate"
• Lunch is not included within the fee unless both morning and afternoon tutorials have been booked.

Friday, full-day

• tutorial notes. The tutorial on "High Integrity Ada with SPARK 95" also includes a copy of the book High Integrity Ada, the SPARK Approach.
• coffee, lunch, tea.

CONFERENCE

• copy of the Proceedings (extra copies may be purchased - see application form)
• coffee, lunch, tea - on each booked day
• tour of Tower Bridge on Tuesday evening - please indicate intention of attending on application form
• reception and admittance to "The Maiden and the Mandate" on Monday evening.
