On this page, you will find detailed information about pricing and registration for the Ada Europe conference, tutorials and workshops.

Registration is available at https://registration.ada-europe.org.

Early registration cut-off date is 29 May 2026.

Highlights

• Reduced fees for authors (one per accepted journal-track paper/regular paper/industrial presentation/work-in-progress presentation).
• Reduced registration fees for students.

Note on VAT: Registration fees in Sweden are subject to 25% VAT. To accommodate the AEiC community, the net registration fees from the last conference have been reduced. Fees listed in this page are gross prices, including VAT.

Conference

Lunch is included for every day of the conference that you attend. The banquet and welcome reception are included in the full conference registration, including for student registrations.

Additional tickets for guests can be purchased seperately. Tickets for the Thursday social event are purchased separately.

Lunch on Tuesday is included if registering for morning and afternoon tutorials. Lunch on Friday is included for Workshops.

Members discount: Reserved to members of Ada-Europe, Ada-Europe sponsors, and members of ACM SIGPLAN.

Author discount: Each accepted journal-track paper/regular paper/industrial presentation/work-in-progress presentation requires a non-student registration. A full registration discounted-fee is available for authors (a single discounted author per paper/presentation).

Tutorial presenters: Each full day tutorial entitles tutorial presenters to one waived conference registration. Half day tutorials the waived registration is half of the applicable registration cost. Tutorial presenters do not need to register to their own tutorial.

Student discount: Full-time students of recognised academic institutions. Confirmation of students status will be requested after registration.

Tutorials

(*) Due to Ada-Europe sponsoring, the "Introduction to Ada" and "Advanced Ada" tutorials have a reduced registration cost of 20 €

Workshops

Workshops A-MOST and Digital Twins Experience: confirmation if these workshops are half-day or full-day is still pending. Registration for these workshops can be done seperately when the information is known.

Due to Ada-Europe, AdaCore, Ada-France and Ada-Belgium Sponsorship, the Ada Developers Workshop has a reduced fee for the first 20 participants:

After 20 participants, the workshop has a reduced cost of 90€ due to Ada-Europe sponsorhip.

Optional and extra tickets

The Thursday chill-out event is optional.

Extra tickets can be acquired for welcome event, banquet, and conference lunches.

Note that conference registration includes Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, welcome event and banquet. Lunch on Tuesday is included if registering for morning and afternoon tutorials. Lunch on Friday is included for Workshops. Thursday social event is optional.
