Welcome Reception

The welcome reception is scheduled for Tuesday, June 9, from 19:00 to 22:30. It will take place at the Piccolo Västerås, a nice venue right in the centre of Västerås!

Conference Banquet

The conference banquet is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10th with the bus departing from main MDU entrance at 18:00.

It will take place at the "Petterssons Matservice", a family run venue since 1991, located 20-25min bus ride from MDU.

The entertainment will begin at arrival with the dinner starting around 19:00-19:30.

The return busses will start around 22:00 with a stop at Hotel Plaza and final stop at MDU.

Chill Event

After all these exciting presentations at the conference, have a little chat with colleagues in a casual setting overlooking the city, the "Djaknebergets restaurant". This is called the Chill Event, an informal dinner with a separate registration, starting at 19:00.
